The Teach with Speech Youth Communication and Leadership Training program is an informal course in the art of communication and leadership. The ability to clearly express your thoughts to others so that they are heard and understood is important if you are to become successful in life. Our communication and leadership training helps students stand out at school. They'll learn to speak up during class, to promote their ideas, and to present themselves as a professional. Our courses also help them excel in job interviews.
Students learn speaking and leadership skills that they’ll be able to use for the rest of their life. Here are just a few of the benefits for students who take our course:

The iWill Succeed Empowerment Initiative is an in-school program that gives students the tools necessary to deal with the social and emotional roadblocks they face every day. These roadblocks are often the very thing that keeps them from graduating. During this year-round course, students learn the tools and techniques necessary to overcome those obstacles and find their specific road to success, while getting the mental and emotional support they need throughout their school day.
We provide students with healthy and positive decision-making skills in order to improve self-esteem, self-worth, and self-confidence. These are the skills that will propel them into adulthood and help them to reach their full potential.
Through creative activities and interactive problem and decision making techniques students learn strong moral attributes and character building lessons. The iWill Succeed program provides motivational techniques and related leadership skills to aid students in both their educational and personal journey.
